Why HiredUAE exists

The problem

Most job applications in the UAE go into a black hole. You upload a PDF, it disappears into an applicant tracking system, and you never hear back. Recruiters search LinkedIn — but only people with optimised profiles who know the right keywords get found. Everyone else is invisible.

A plain CV attached to an email is not searchable. A generic LinkedIn profile set to "open to work" is not specific enough. And most candidates don't have a professional web presence at all — something AI assistants, search engines, and direct-hire recruiters can actually read and link to.

What HiredUAE does

HiredUAE is a public candidate wall. Each founding member gets a permanent profile tile: their name, photo, job title, city, visa status, skill keywords, and a direct link to their LinkedIn — all published as real, crawlable HTML text with schema.org structured data.

That matters because search engines and AI systems read real text, not PDFs. A tile on HiredUAE gives you a permanent, indexed, linkable page you control the URL for. You can put it in your CV, your WhatsApp bio, your email signature, and every message to a recruiter.

The founding price is AED 10, once. No subscription, no algorithm to beat, no monthly fee. Your tile stays live until you say otherwise.

Who built this

HiredUAE wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built by a small group of freelancers who were tired of being invisible.

We applied. We waited. We refreshed inboxes that stayed silent. We watched capable, hardworking people — ourselves included — vanish into application systems that never replied, never explained, never even said no. Every tool we were told to use was slow, complicated, and built for companies — not for the people actually looking for work.

So we built the tool we wished existed: direct, simple, and friendly. No algorithm to beat. No subscription draining your account. No gatekeeper deciding whether you deserve to be seen. Just your name, your skills, and your link — published in the open, where anyone can find you.

The site is run honestly: we don't promise recruiter contact, we don't inflate numbers, and we don't invent success stories.

How tiles are reviewed

Every tile is published from details the member submitted themselves. We check that the submission contains real professional information and that no harmful, false, or third-party personal data is included. We do not add, improve, or embellish a member's credentials — the tile says exactly what they told us.

Tiles are removed promptly and free on any member's request.

The honest disclaimer

We cannot promise that a recruiter will find your tile, contact you, or hire you. No one honestly can. What we promise is that your profile will be permanently visible, properly indexed, and written in a format that search engines and AI systems can actually read — which is a better starting point than invisible.
