What we publish — member tiles
HiredUAE is a public candidate wall. Founding members pay a one-time fee and submit their own details for publication. We publish exactly what each member submits: their name, photo, job title, years of experience, city, visa status, specialisms, skill keywords, and LinkedIn profile URL.
This information is published deliberately as public, crawlable text — that is the product. Search engines, AI assistants, and recruiters can read it. Each member consented to this when they submitted their details and paid for a tile.
We never invent, supplement, or alter a member's submitted details.
What we collect but do not publish
When a member emails hello@hireduae.com to submit their tile details, we receive their email address. We use that email only to manage their tile — to confirm publication, process updates, and respond to removal requests. We do not add it to mailing lists, sell it, or pass it to third parties.
Payments
Tile payments are processed through Ziina. Payments happen entirely on Ziina's platform. HiredUAE never receives, stores, or sees your card number, bank details, or any other payment credentials. Ziina's own privacy policy governs data collected at checkout.
Cookies and advertising
HiredUAE may use Google AdSense to display advertising on blog and guide pages. When AdSense is active, third-party vendors including Google use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to HiredUAE and/or other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings or aboutads.info/choices.
We may also use basic analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how pages are used. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors.
Removal of your tile
Any member can request removal of their tile at any time, for any reason, at no cost. Email hello@hireduae.com with your name and the request. We aim to remove tiles within 24 hours of confirmed receipt. Once removed, the tile is also dropped from our sitemap.
If you believe information about you has been published without your consent, please contact us immediately at hello@hireduae.com.
Data retention
Member tile information remains published until the member requests removal. Email correspondence with members is retained only as long as needed to manage the tile. We do not maintain databases of personal data beyond the publicly published tile content.
Third-party links
Each tile links to the member's LinkedIn profile. LinkedIn's own privacy policy governs data on that platform. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site.
Children
HiredUAE is a professional platform for working adults. We do not knowingly collect or publish information from anyone under 18.
